Serving Southern Maine and New Hamphire Businesses For Over 26 Years

Greg Patterson
Greg Patterson, Co-Owner "I was born and raised here in Sanford and now live in West Kennebunk. I graduated from Sanford High School in 1983 and the University of Maine At Orono in 1987. My father, brother and I started PATCO Construction in 1987. While my position as company President requires that I wear many different hats, my focus remains on providing the kind of innovative building solutions and extraordinary customer service that builds trust and confidence with our customers. I enjoy biking, skiing, boating, golf and spending time with my kids and family."
Dennis Waters
Dennis Waters, Vice President "I've worked in the commercial construction industry in Southern Maine for over 25 years. Starting as a draftsman, I've had the good fortune to work in just about every related discipline, from estimator to project manager, supervisor to salesman and administrator. At PATCO, my primary responsibilities are sales and administration but I'm also responsible for seeing that my projects are constructed properly and to my client’s satisfaction."

"After I graduated from the University of Maine I choose to work at PATCO because of the philosophy they run their business with. It’s all about treating people fair. That goes for customers, employees and subcontractors. When I am not working I enjoy golfing, hiking, working out and training with my dog."
Ryan Appleby
Ryan Appleby, Estimator, Drafter, IT Support "I've lived in Maine most of my life and have been drafting since I was 15. I use my combined experience and knowledge of drafting, estimating, and the Information Technology field to equip PATCO to serve our clientele better. I'm happy to be a part of this unique team and to have the opportunity to see some of the most incredible projects come to life."
Rick Day
Rick Day, Commercial Sales and Project Management "A graduate in Civil Engineering, I spent 30 years working for an engineering company in Portland. During my time there, the company grew from 69 to 532 employees. I started with PATCO in 1999 in sales and project management, and am still performing those tasks. A lot of my projects have been renovations of existing facilities. I like to spend time with my family, especially my three grandchildren. I fish, hunt, and am very active within the community and with the SAD 55 education system."
Bill Rudman
Bill Rudman, Chief Estimator "In my 15 years with PATCO, it's the company's integrity and team atmosphere that are most important - and this extends to our subcontractor base as well. We work through a variety of challenges together, and our success can be measured in the number of repeat customers we service. The respect and trust we've earned from our customers and from within the commercial building industry is invaluable."
Ron Mercier
Ron Mercier, Production Manager "I've been in construction for over 30 years, 16 here at PATCO. I've always been a "hands on" guy which makes my job easier - I know first hand every aspect of the build process. I never get tired of watching a project evolve from a cleared lot to a finished product. I take great pride in going by a building and saying "we built that!"
Ashley Picard
Ashley Picard, Commercial Administrative Assistant "Originally from Bangor, I'm a 2009 graduate from the University of Maine, Orono. I have previous experience in real estate and have found interest in commercial construction. As a recent employee with PATCO, I've learned a great deal about both the company and the commercial building industry. I'm proud to work for PATCO - a company that really cares about their clients and their quality of work.
