Born and raised in Sanford, I live in W. Kennebunk. I graduated from Sanford High in 1983 and the University of Maine At Orono in 1987. My father, brother and I started PATCO Construction in 1987. While my position as company President requires I wear many hats, my focus remains on providing innovative building solutions and extraordinary customer service that builds trust and confidence with our customers. I enjoy biking, skiing, boating, golf and spending time with my kids and family.
I’ve worked in the commercial construction industry in Southern Maine for over 32 years. Starting as a draftsman, I’ve had the good fortune to work in just about every related discipline, from estimator to project manager, supervisor to salesman and administrator. At PATCO, my primary responsibilities are sales and administration but I’m also responsible for seeing that my projects are constructed properly and to my client’s satisfaction.
I have 33 years of construction experience, 23 with PATCO. At PATCO, we work as a team through a variety of challenges together, and our success can be measured in the number of repeat customers we service. The respect and trust we’ve earned from our customers and from within the commercial building industry is invaluable. When I’m not at PATCO I enjoy golfing, coaching or attending any sporting event.
I was raised in Lewiston, ME and graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in Construction Management. I started with PATCO in 2005 and quickly realized that the best thing we do is treat every client fairly and leverage those relationships. The best marketing is a happy client. When I’m not working, I love hanging out with my lovely wife and son. We enjoy going for motorcycle rides and snowmobiling. I also enjoy golfing, barbecuing and taking walks on the beach.
I’ve been in construction for 40 years, Almost 23 here at PATCO. I’ve always been a “hands on” guy which makes my job easier – I know first hand every aspect of the build process. I never get tired of watching a project evolve from a cleared lot to a finished product. I take great pride in going by a building and saying “we built that!” When I am not working I enjoy riding my motorcycle, camping, fishing and hiking
Estimator / In-house Production Manager
I’ve been a part of the PATCO team since 2011. I use my combined experience and knowledge of estimating, drafting, and the Information Technology field to equip PATCO to serve our clientele better. I’m happy to be a part of this unique team and to have the opportunity to see some astounding projects come to life.
A New England Native, I moved to Ohio to attend the University of Findlay. After testing the waters in Animal and Human Medicine, I returned to my true passion of business. Graduating in 2018 from the University of Findlay with a B.S. in English Equestrian Studies, I have a vast knowledge about business and marketing. I am proud to be apart of the PATCO team and assist in the daily administrative functions. When away from work you can find me enjoying time with my three horses, my Bernese Mountain dog and husband.
Commercial Project Manager
Growing up in southern Maine, I take pride in helping local businesses grow and expand. I attended the University of Maine from 2013-17, graduating with a degree in civil engineering. I was attracted to this field because I enjoy problem solving and thinking on my feet. Things I get to do every day at PATCO. Since starting in July of 2018, it has been evident that PATCO cares about customers and will do what it takes to deliver the product they desire.
Commercial Estimator / I.T. Support
One of the great things about construction is the privilege of seeing planning and preparation give life to a project. The reason I gravitated toward construction was because I’ve always been focused on tangible results and enjoyed logistics. Aside from estimating at PATCO, I manage our I.T. department. When I’m not working, I spend a lot of time in my garage, hanging out with friends, skiing and at my camp.
