Working with A&M Ventures, LLC, PATCO built two buildings – a 4,514 square foot space and a 7,992 square foot space – for Fore River Brewing in South Portland, Maine.With extra drainage, specialized climate control, and additional doors for ease of production and canning, the buildings were customly designed for Fore River’s business. Even with the customized options, the project stuck to its budget as well as to a perfect timeline. When Fore River Brewing opened, it included a dedicated space for a laboratory and offices, and house equipment to increase brewing capacity by over six times that of their previous location. Unfortunately, these locations are now permanently closed.
