The PATCO team completed this 11,920 square foot building for DiMillo’s Yacht Sales in 2018. It received a 2019 Hall of Fame Award from Varco Pruden, our steel building system supplier. This multi-functional space is used for sales, new boat construction, and customization of luxury vessels. Located conveniently on US Route 1, the Freeport, Maine building was newly constructed to create a modern space capable of handling all sizes of vessels that are sold and serviced by DiMillo’s. During the off-season, this facility also serves as a great “showroom” for new, pre-owned & brokerage boats.
